About Our Staff

Beth James is the firm’s Paralegal and has worked with Attorney Lawrence Farber since July 2003. Beth has always been interested in the law and enjoys the fast pace of our office environment. She assists with drafting pleadings, answering discovery, tracking deadlines, legal research, corresponding with clients and opposing parties, and maintaining files. Her attention to detail and relationship with our clients are real assets to the firm. 

Ariana Styles is one of the firm’s paralegals working closely with Attorney Lindley. Ariana is pursuing her Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Western New England School of Law. She is passionate about the study of law. She assists with legal research, drafting legal documents, motions, memorandums of law and corresponds with clients.

Joanna Leroux is the firm’s bookkeeper and handles all client billing and accounting matters. She previously worked in her family business handling all aspects of running a small business. She is a motivated team player and enjoys the outdoors, her pets and her family.

Kirsten Young is a legal assistant to Attorney Lindley. Prior to coming to Farber and Lindley, LLC she was employed at the Central Division Housing Court (Worcester Housing Court). She communicates often with clients to provide updates, get status reports on eviction matters, electronically files documents with the court, and keeps the schedule and calendar of Attorney Lindley. In her spare time she enjoys yoga and spending time with her family.
