About Our Staff

Beth James is the firm’s Paralegal and has worked with Attorney Lawrence Farber since July 2003. Beth has always been interested in the law and enjoys the fast pace of our office environment. She assists with drafting pleadings, answering discovery, tracking deadlines, legal research, corresponding with clients and opposing parties, and maintaining files. Her attention to detail and relationship with our clients are real assets to the firm. 

Ariana Styles is one of the firm’s paralegals working closely with Attorney Lindley. Ariana is pursuing her Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Western New England School of Law. She is passionate about the study of law. She assists with legal research, drafting legal documents, motions, memorandums of law and corresponds with clients.

Joanna Leroux is the firm’s bookkeeper and handles all client billing and accounting matters. She previously worked in her family business handling all aspects of running a small business. She is a motivated team player and enjoys the outdoors, her pets and her family.

Skylar brings a diverse background to her role as legal assistant to Attorney Lindley. With a bachelor's degree in business management and accounting, she has a strong foundation in organization and detail management.

Outside of the office, Skylar is a dedicated mom and balances her professional life with her passions for fitness and coaching. As a certified personal trainer and an experienced high school girls' basketball coach, she has spent years fostering growth and teamwork in others.
